You would like to become a member or renew your membership?

At UDI Quebec, our members are companies. The first step is to identify the category in which your company belongs. Here are our ten categories:

Category 1
Major real estate owners

Category 2A
Real estate owners, managers and developers
(Asset value of $100 million or more)

Category 2B
Real estate owners, managers and developers
(Asset value between $20 million and $100 million)

Category 2C
Real estate owners, managers and developers
(Asset value between $5 million and $20 million)

Category 2D
Real estate owners, managers and developers
(Asset value of less than $5 million)

Category 3
Corporate real estate owners
(i.e. Métro-Richelieu, Bombardier, etc.)

Category 4
Public real estate owners
(i.e. Société immobilière du Québec, UQAM)

Category 5
Financial institutions that do not own real estate

Category 6A
Corporate brokers

Category 6B
Independant brokers

Category 7A
Real estate professionals and consultants (more than 5 employees)

Category 7B
Independant real estate professionals and consultants

Category 8
General contractors

Category 9
Small businesses

Category 10
Real estate suppliers

Applications must conform to the description of the applicable category. UDI Quebec’s board of directors will approve membership applications.

Our membership program allows up to 15 of your company’s employees. Simply identify the main representative and register each member interested in UDI Quebec.
