For over one decade now, the UDI Québec Real Estate Awards of Excellence have rewarded and recognized the most innovative real estate buildings everywhere across Québec. We therefore wish to thank our sponsors Hydro-Québec as well as Gascon & associés for the support of their sponsorship.

As you must all know, the annual prizes recognize the excellence in individuals’ work of people who have been responsible for the success of a remarkable Quebec real estate project, substantially completed by the end of 2009: constructions, transactions, projects, financing, rentals, mergers, etc.

Why participate?

Winning projects will receive the UDI Quebec’s Real Estate Awards of Excellence Trophy. This prestigious recognition is shared with the entire Quebec real-estate industry.

The distribution of the award to the winning team will take place at the Real Estate Summit on Tuesday, March 23, 2010, in front of more than 800 participants - a preferential moment where the attention of participants will be at its peak.

Project eligibility

Every real-estate project that has been completed by at least 80% and every transaction for which the contract is signed in 2009 are eligible for the 2010 Award of Excellence.

Two common criteria apply to the real estate projects submitted, as much for the commercial category as for the multi-residential category: innovation and contribution. For more details, please consult the Participant’s Guide that will help you to complete your nomination file.

The committee retains the right to award special honours to participating projects on the basis of the number, quality and type of projects submitted.
